Using the latest technological advances, IPL uses pulses of visible light to break down pigmentation, seal off broken capillaries, shrink pore size, stimulate collagen renewal, treat acne and psoriasis and perform permanent hair reduction.

IPL treatment is painless and there is no downtime.

How Does IPL Work?
Hair Removal
The filtered IPL light is absorbed by the melanin in the hair follicle, transforming the light into heat. This targets the blood supply to the follicle to prevent further hair growth. Only the "active hair" can be targeted so a set of treatments is necessary for gradual, visible hair reduction.

Active Acne
Specific wavelengths amit an antibacterial effect targeting the bacteria responsible for Acne Vulgaris. This treatment has also been clinically proven to be effective on non-cystic acne. The result is a clear brighter, less oily complexion.

Photorejuvenation
IPL wavelengths stimulate the skin's cellular turnover, thus generating and promoting new collagen and elastin formation. This provides a visible improvement in the skin's texture, firmness, fine lines, resulting in a more even, radiant skin tone and complexion.

Vascular and Pigmentation
Selected wavelengths when multi-pulsed are equally suitable for treated pigmented lesions such as age spots and freckles. These same specialised wavelengths also provide a visible reduction in unsightly capillaries and diffused redness.
